About Our Acrobatics & Adagio Classes

Take your circus skills to the next level with Adagio and Acrobatics, designed for students aged 13 and up, where strength, flexibility, and trust come together in impressive displays of movement. These classes focus on partner and group acrobatics, teaching students how to balance, lift, and move with precision and control in a safe, supportive environment.

Adagio centres on graceful, controlled lifts and balances, often performed in pairs or small groups, while Acrobatics introduces dynamic tumbling, flips, and aerial-style skills to build power and agility. Together, these disciplines develop core strength, body awareness, coordination, and communication, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and trust.
