Adagio focuses on graceful, controlled lifts and balances performed in pairs or small groups, while Acrobalance introduces dynamic tumbling, flips, and aerial-style skills to build power and agility. Teen Advanced (13+)

Designed for teens with a strong foundation in partner acrobatics, this advanced class pushes technical boundaries with challenging lifts, dynamic sequences, and performance-level choreography. Students refine their craft with a focus on precision, flow, and expressive movement, building the skills and artistry needed for stage performance and competitive circus work.

Learn the fundamentals of basing, flying, and partner balance, building strength, trust, and body awareness at a pace that suits you, while still being inspired by the artistry and craft at the heart of circus performance.
