Level 1

Aerials Level 1 is where students begin their circus journey in the air, developing the physical and technical foundation needed to move confidently and safely on aerial apparatus.

  • Builds confidence at greater heights with more complex wraps, balances, and dynamic movements such as drops and rolls, taught progressively and safely.

  • Emphasises clean execution, control, and self-directed movement to prepare students for the artistic and technical challenges of Level 3.
