Designed for children aged 2-5 years, circus classes aren’t just fun, they’re a great way to build essential skills. Activities like tumbling, climbing, balancing, and throwing help kids develop gross motor skills, improving core strength, balance, and coordination. These skills are key for everyday tasks like running, jumping, and even sitting still.

Microbats (Ages 2-4) – Parent and Child Circus Play

Minibats (Ages 4-5) – Growing Skills and Confidence

Designed for independent little movers, this class enhances strength, coordination, and social skills through climbing, balancing, and interactive group challenges. Prepares children for school readiness and active play.

About our microbats classes

Designed for children aged 2-5 years, our Microbat Preschool Classes are a playful and engaging way to build essential movement skills. Through tumbling, climbing, balancing, and throwing, kids develop core strength, coordination, and confidence, setting the foundation for everyday activities like running, jumping, and even sitting still. 

With fun challenges like juggling and circus props, little ones also improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity, helping with key tasks such as drawing, writing, and tying shoes. 

Beyond physical growth, circus play encourages: 

  • Body awareness – Learning to move confidently and safely.

  • Social skills - Teamwork, patience, and communication in action. 

  • Cognitive development - Engaging both sides of the brain for creativity and problem-solving.

  • Yes - a parent or carer is required to stay on-site during Microbats classes. Some activities may include gentle adult involvement to support your child’s learning and confidence. It’s a great way to share in their progress and be part of the fun!
