LEVEL 1
Tumbling Level 1 is the perfect starting point for anyone new to floor-based acrobatics in Wollongong. Students are introduced to the core foundations of tumbling in a fun, encouraging, and beginner-friendly environment — no experience required.
Introduces foundational acrobatic skills including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe landing technique
Builds core strength, coordination, and body awareness from the ground up
Emphasises correct form and safe practice to set students up for long-term progression
Lays the groundwork for all future tumbling skills in a supportive and fun setting
LEVEL 2
Tumbling Level 2 takes students beyond the basics, progressing toward more controlled and dynamic acrobatic movement. This level bridges foundational skills and intermediate technique, with a focus on refinement, strength, and building toward more complex sequences.
Introduces more dynamic movements including walkovers, round-offs, and handstand transitions
Focuses on refining technique and improving strength and flexibility
Introduces skill variations that prepare students for more complex combinations
Recommended entry: solid grasp of rolls, cartwheels, and handstands
LEVEL 3
Tumbling Level 3 is where students step into intermediate and advanced acrobatic territory, developing the power, precision, and flow needed to execute and connect high-level skills.
Introduces intermediate to advanced skills including handsprings and front tuck somersaults
Focuses on combining movements into fluid, controlled sequences
Develops power, spatial awareness, and technical precision
Required entry: a strong, technically correct front and back walkover
