Level 1

Tumbling Level 1 is our beginner-friendly class designed to introduce students to the foundations of floor-based acrobatics. With a focus on rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe landing technique, students build strength, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive and fun environment. This class lays the groundwork for all future tumbling skills - no experience required!

Level 2

Tumbling Level 2 builds on the basics, guiding students toward more controlled and dynamic movements such as walkovers, round-offs, and handstand transitions. This level focuses on refining technique, improving strength and flexibility, and introducing variations that prepare students for more complex sequences. Students should have a solid grasp of rolls, cartwheels, and handstands before joining this level.

Level 3

At Tumbling Level 3, students begin mastering intermediate to advanced tumbling elements like handsprings and front tuck somersaults. This class focuses on power, precision, and combining movements into flowing sequences. A strong and technically correct front and back walkover is required to enter this level, as students work toward connecting skills with control and confidence.

This class is designed for all ages and abilities, whether you're learning your first roll or pushing toward advanced skills. It’s a high-energy way to improve coordination, core strength, and confidence, with expert coaching every step of the way.

  • Not at all! We offer multiple tumbling levels to suit different abilities - from total beginners learning their first forward roll to advanced students working on flips and combinations. Our coaches will help place you in the right level so you can build skills safely and confidently.

  • As you move through levels, you’ll go from foundational skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to more complex moves like walkovers, handsprings, and somersaults. You'll also learn how to connect movements into smooth sequences, helping you develop rhythm, power, and control in your tumbling.
