Cut to Colour is the brand new production from Circus Monoxide's Performance Troupe.
A dazzling, high energy circus spectacle set against the backdrop of Hollywood's most iconic era. When the cameras roll and the chaos begins, audiences are transported behind the velvet rope and onto the floor of a golden age film set, where directors are frantic, models are luminous, writers are desperate and the weather has absolutely no intention of cooperating!
But something is shifting... the world that once existed only in black and white is on the brink of transformation, and when colour finally arrives, it arrives in the most spectacular fashion imaginable!
From the frantic backstage energy of a production in full swing to the breathtaking glitz and glamour of Hollywood at its most dazzling, Cut to Colour weaves together aerials, acrobatics, tumbling, object manipulation and stunning physical theatre to tell a story of art, ambition and the magic of the moving image.
Performed by the talented and dedicated young artists of the Circus Monoxide Performance Troupe, Cut to Colour is a love letter to creativity, spectacle and the timeless power of transformation.
