Tumbling Level 1 is the perfect starting point for anyone new to floor-based acrobatics.
Students are introduced to the core foundations of tumbling in a fun, encouraging, and beginner-friendly environment, no experience required.

Introduces foundational acrobatic skills including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe landing technique

Tumbling Level 2 takes students beyond the basics, progressing toward more controlled and dynamic acrobatic movement. This level bridges foundational skills and intermediate technique, with a focus on refinement, strength, and building toward more complex sequences.
