Everything fun in Circus!
Our General Circus offerings are designed for two distinct age groups: Circus Fun for ages 5 – 8 and Variety Circus for ages 9 – 12.
Circus Fun brings the joy of the circus to life for younger participants, featuring a wide range of activities including juggling, trapeze, silks, hula hooping, plate spinning, poi, mini trampoline, acrobatics, and playful games. This class emphasises fun and games, tailored to captivate and engage circus enthusiasts.
Variety Circus caters to those between 9 and 12 years old, ready to dive deeper into the world of circus arts. This class takes students through a comprehensive rotation of aerials, tumbling, object manipulation, and balance. It's the perfect introduction for those keen to explore the full spectrum of circus disciplines, offering a solid foundation in each area.

Manipulation:
Sharpen fine motor skills withactivities that involve throwing, catching, spinning, and twirling. Thisincludes mastering the art of juggling, mastering the hula hoop, devil sticks, spinning plates, wielding poi, scarf techniques, diabolo, and more.
Aerials:
Elevate your physical capabilities with exercises in climbing, hanging, swinging, and spinning using various apparatuses such as trapeze, silks and Lyra.
Tumbling:
Enhance body awareness and agility. This discipline covers tumbling, handstands, use of the mini-tramp, conditioning and acrobalance (partner acrobatics).
Balance:
Develop core strength and equilibrium through the practice of balancing on static or moving objects. Discover your centre of balance on the tightwire, unicycle, walking globe, rolla bolla, and stilt walking.
Hoops:
Master the art of spinning, throwing and catching the hoop and discover a variety of other exciting tricks! This activity is not only incredibly fun but also an excellent introduction to hoop madness!
