Hoops at the Circus

Come Join The Circus

Please Note:

  • This program is for primary school aged children

  • The circus is open reduced hours due to COVID-19.

  • Please bring food for the day.

  • Please don't wear jewelry or zippers.

  • Please look at our COVID measures.

We have created a holiday program that runs Monday to Friday in the first week and Tuesday to Friday in the second week. The classes will run from 9am to 3.30. There is no unstructured time at the beginning and end of the day as we felt that it was too hard to implement COVID restrictions during unstructured times. Hopefully we can bring this back in the January holidays. You can sign up for a day for $75 or for a week $320 for 5 day week ($256 for 4 day week). Bring your friends.

In these school holiday programs we will cover aerials, tumbling, juggling and much more that the circus has to offer.

Due to COVID-19 strict precautions, we apply the following rules:

  1. Please arrive for your class 5 mins early and wait outside until one of our staff invites you in and we kindly ask you to go wash your hands before you do anything else.

  2. Please make sure you arrive on time for your class. You may not be able to participate in the class if you are more than 5 minutes late due to safety reasons.

  3. Due to limited numbers of people allowed in the building, parents are not allowed to enter the building or wait inside during the class

  4. If you are booked in for two sessions on the same day, students are NOT PERMITTED to wait at Circus Monoxide between sessions. Please ensure you collect your child after each session

  5. After enrolment you will receive a medical form which needs to be filled and emailed back to us soon as possible. We do not offer paper copies at this stage to minimise direct contact. If you do not own computer, please let us know as soon as possible and we will organise an alternate option for you to fill out a medical form

  6. Please do not let your child attend any class if they are showing any cold or flu symptoms

  7. All students must bring own full bottle of water

  8. If you wish to use chalk or rosin you must bring your own. Please do not share this with anyone in the class

  9. Please dress in clothes that cover your arms and legs to minimise skin contact with apparatus. If a student comes to the class in shorts or short sleeve, they may be turned away

  10. Please send your child with lunch and morning and afternoon teas. They will be active and will get hungry!
