Melissa Kisela has been a member of Circus Monoxide for fourteen years as both a trainer and student. As a performer she has appeared at the Mullumbimby circus festival, the national flying trapeze school in Melbourne, the Catapult festival in Bathurst and won a scholarship to attend the Western Australian circus festival. Melissa’s choreography and act creation is influenced by her strong musicality and physical theatre sensibility. She has created many performances with the Youth Troupe for events including Viva La Gong, the Corrimal festival, private events and end of year showcases that have received critical acclaim and sold out seasons.
