STEP ONE:

Check out our timetable (available on our website circusmonoxide.com.au, in hard copy at the training facility, or by email/snail mail), to decide what classes you/your child is interested in. Read the “Additional information about enrollments and pricing” listed below.

STEP TWO:

Enroll yourself/your child by contacting Half High’s admin staff (42 85 00 66) or info@circusmonoxide.com.au, or by attending an enrollment day (see below for times and dates).

STEP THREE:

Once we’ve confirmed that there is space in the class, and that the class is suitable for your child, you can confirm your place in the class by paying WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS. Please note that due to problems in the past, places cannot be held for more than three working days. Payments can be made by direct deposit, cash or cheque. We are currently investigating getting EFTPOS, but at this stage do NOT have EFTPOS or credit card facilities.

STEP FOUR:

Ensure that you have completed a medical form before commencing circus classes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ENROLLMENTS AND PRICING:

  1. Early Bird Fees. Fees paid by one week BEFORE the first day of term (ie, in term 1, 2012, the cut-off date will be Monday 30th January, with classes resuming Monday 6 February) will attract an early bird discount of $20 per class. Parents who have paid a deposit and established a payment plan by this date also attract the early bird discount.
  2. Late Fees: Fees not finalized by Week 4 (unless alternative payment schedule has been negotiated) will incur a $15 late fee.
  3. Casual Payments. Due to our need to maintain teacher: student ratios and to ensure quality of teaching standards; we do not offer casual placements in classes. Exceptions may exist in adult classes.
  4. Enrollment Days for Term 1 2012 will be held on:
    Sunday 22 Jan 11:00am-3pm
    Tuesday 24 Jan 3:00pm-7:00pm
    Sunday 29 Jan 11:00-3pm
  5. Confirming your place within a class. Enrollments need to be confirmed by paying fees within three working days, otherwise the enrollment will be cancelled, and your place forfeited.
  6. Discount for Multiple Classes: Families who are paying for three or more classes (either because one child is doing three or more classes, or because there are three children each doing a class, or a combination of both) will receive a 10% discount on the total of their fees.
  7. Payment Plans and Sponsored Positions: Half High Circus believes strongly in making sure that all kids and adults have access to circus classes. If any families or individuals are struggling to pay fees, please speak to us about negotiating a payment plan, so that fees can be paid in installments. If payment plans are negotiated, and a deposit paid before the Early Bird cut-off date, early bird rates will apply. Payment for classes should be completed by week 4 of term. We also offer sponsored positions in classes, in which students can attend classes for half price. Please speak to admin staff if you require a sponsored position.
