
Do I need any prior experience to do circus classes?
- Anyone can do circus. You don’t need any prior experience to start doing circus; however some classes are for students who are more advanced. Entry level classes are marked with an asterisk on the timetable.
What do I bring to circus classes?
- Students should bring a water bottle and wear clothes which are appropriate for moving in and going upside down. Tights are ideal for aerial classes like trapeze and tissue. No watches, jewelry, zippers or other sharp or pointy bits.
How do I get to the Circus Monoxide space?
- Our address is 3/63-75 Jardine St, Fairy Meadow, but the driveway entrance is off the Princes Highway.
- Coming from the North: Travelling along the Princes Highway, use the first driveway on your right after passing the lights at Jardine Street (before Amber Tiles and directly opposite Cabbage Tree Motor Park. From the road, you'll probably see signs for the huge vet surgery next door first of all.
- Coming from the South: Travelling along the Princes Highway, use the first driveway on your left after passing Amber Tiles (before Jardine Street, directly opposite Cabbage Tree Motor Park)
When do I have to pay my fees?
- Class fees are due up front or speak to us about a payment plan or sponsored position if you are having trouble paying up front.
How do I enroll in circus classes?
- Just give us a call or send us an email. If we aren’t able to take your call please leave a message with your child’s name and the class you’re interested in. We’ll get back to you a.s.a.p.
Does Half High Circus offer Adult Classes?
- Yes, absolutely! We have adult only classes and also classes for all ages which are open to adults and children alike in the same group. If you have a look in our timetable the age group is listed in the forth column.
Does Half High offer private classes?
- We do. Private classes are $40 per 30 minutes, $60 for 45 minutes or $75 per hour. Times and trainers can be arranged on request.
Does you offer casual classes?
- No but we do allow you to trial a class before you committ to a full enrollment. It costs $15 for a child to trial a class and $25 for 18yrs+ to trial a class. If you decide to enrol in the class after your trial we simply deduct your trial fee paid from the total amount owing for the class.
